Minimum requirements: Matric. Degree or diploma in Finance. 2-5 years experience. Fully Bilingual. Own transport & valid license.
Responsibility: Compilation of financial statements. Monthly processing. SARS Appointments and queries. Submission of tax returns. Provisional tax calculations and submissions. Personal income tax calculations and submissions. Assistance with day to day administration for finance dept. Filing/Scanning. Drafting letters. Stationary orders and maintenance. Staff refreshments orders and maintenance. Summarising of client information on Excel. Requesting client information for tax deadlines. Follow up with clients regarding services and signups (not cold calling). Booking SARS appointments, filling out forms and accompanying clients to SARS. Post Office runs
