What you will need to have: Minimum 6 months experience in a contact centre (preferably on an international campaign) would be an advantage. Knowledge of mobile phones, internet, fibre, TV, data technology and smart technology an added advantage. Strong telephonic etiquette. Flexibility to work a nightshift. Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets. Good interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication. Good Computer literacy using Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills and a positive, customer focused attitude. Sales and target driven.
