Talent and Organizational Development Practitioner, Location: City Centre, Pretoria / Tshwane, Job Type: Full-Time. Key Performance Areas: Development of HR,  Talent and OD operational plans and ensure they are aligned with the Human Capital Management & Organizational Development Strategy Implement Talent and Organizational Development strategic plans, to enable achievement of the organization and Human Capital Management’s  objectives Manage the development and roll out of the employee Performance Management System to ensure sustained delivery of organizational objectives Facilitate and manage change management programmers to support cultural & organizational change and performance improvement in line with organizational values. Consolidate all HR Projects and devise a project plan and tracking systems to ensure timely delivery and compliance to set deadlines Developing and managing appropriate quality assurance and governance mechanisms in support of organization redesign and policy development Facilitate HR policy, processes and procedures review and development activities ensuring that they are in line with organizational needs, global/national best practice, changing work landscapes and relevant legislation Ensure adequate documentation, recording and communication of HR policies, processes, procedures, organizational structure, job profiles and descriptions etc Provide appropriate Talent and OD support for the implementation OD projects and solutions to business areas and across the organization, as well as support and guidance to Human Capital Management team Facilitate divisional and departmental workforce planning for organizational efficiency, improved decision making and performance Facilitate and manage the design of optimal organization structures, informed by strategy, and articulate appropriate resourcing and capability needs for the organization Design job descriptions and facilitate evaluation thereof Work collaboratively with stakeholders by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships. Facilitate the implementation of talent programmers and initiatives so as to build a healthy talent and succession pipeline Co-ordinate and manage activities and records of the Talent and Succession committee  Contribute to the organization's career architecture and competency framework, which forms the foundation of employee career management and development.

Minimum Requirements and Attributes: Honours degree in Human Resources Management/ Industrial Psychology (NQF 7) or equivalent. A minimum of 6 - 10 years’ relevant experience in an HR function of which 5 years must be in an Organizational Design and Development and also having worked with senior management. R381 110 R443 048 per annum
