Skills required: kitchen experience with valid references, hot and cold sections, interest in the food industry, understanding of menu and portion control, hygiene and sanitation procedures and ethics- HACCP, good work energy, physically capable of demands of kitchen work, part time and full time positions available, and time management, professional.
