Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Driver's Licence (Class 1 or A), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Type of Trucking and Equipment: Tractor-trailer
Type of Travel: Long-haul
Documentation Knowledge: Accident or incident reports
Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Specific Skills: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, Loading and unloading of goods, Plan travel schedules and routes, Drive lighter, special purpose trucks, Monitor vehicle performance and mechanical fitness
Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel cross-border, Willing to travel overnight
