Architectural Draughtsman needed: Permanent Position in Waterfall KZN (close to Watercrest Mall). Start date: ASAP.  Salary: Base salary (negotiable and depending on experience) plus performance bonuses.

Architectural Drawings up to submission level: New, additional and alterations to residential properties. Area Schedule, Window & Glazing schedule, Electrical Plans, Water Reticulation, Roof Plan details, Energy Efficiency calculations. Submissions with municipality Site Visits

Candidate must fulfill minimum requirements: Fluent in speaking/writing/reading English. AutoCAD/Brics Cad software experience essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word and publisher). Own transport and driver’s license. Willing to travel. Professional, reliable and hard-working individual that can build positive relationships. Able to work alone, away from direct support and meet deadlines without being micromanaged. Outstanding work ethics and communication skills required.    Matric with Draughting qualification as well as at least 2 years experience in an architectural environment.
