Part-time Committee Support Officer, Melbourne, Eastern Suburbs, Salary, $40 - $44.99 per hour. Specialist Member Organisation. Part-time/Flexible Hours - (approximately 15-20 hours per week). Located Hawthorn.

Our client a specialist member organisation is looking for a part-time Committee Support Officer to provide admin support to their various committees.

Working closely with and reporting to the Executive Officer and providing admin support to the Committees the scope of this role includes; Assisting with the preparation, collation and distribution of committee meeting papers on all committee related matters. Assisting with the preparation and distribution of Committee Agendas and committee member communication. Accurately recording and capturing detailed meeting minutes. Assisting with the onboarding and terms of appointment for committee members.

High level internal and external stakeholder engagement. Other administrative duties as required. Please note - On average Committee Meetings would be held outside of normal business hours for approximately one hour duration once per week. The successful candidate MUST have previous committee experience in taking and transcribing detailed minutes, be highly organised and methodical in their approach to their work.  Attention to detail, excellent communication skills combined with a positive "can do" attitude essential.  Experience within working in a similar role within not for profit or member based organisation highly regarded.  Advanced proficiency with MS Office essential.
