Baggage Handlers - Melbourne Airport - 14th October Start, Melbourne, Northern Suburbs, FREE Staff Car Parking! $26.45 per hour + Shift Loading! Large Reputable Airline!

We are seeking applicants that are fit, strong and reliable to help the team meet on time performance with a busy flight schedule. In this role you will provide a a high level of support to your team and travelling guests in line with the airline's service promise and values.

Your role is to ensure that guests bags are loaded on to the correct barrow ready to be loaded on to the aircraft. You will be situated in the bag room where you will work amongst a team of staff assisting with bags.

To be considered for this role, you must: Possess an outgoing and professional personality. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Have a high level of verbal and written communication skills. Have basic to intermediate computer skills. Have good attention to detail, reliability, a willing attitude and team based focus. Ability to stay compliant with OH&S online modules. Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg repetitively. Possess your own reliable vehicle and have a current driver's license. Be available to work across all 7 days on a casual basis - no minimum hours guaranteed. Available to commence training on 14th October 2019. Be willing to pay for a medical/DAMP at $400 (not negotiable). Be willing to undergo a police check. Have your own own steel capped boots.
