Administration Officer - Tom Price, Port Hedland, Karratha & Pilbara, Fulltime role based in Tom Price, Attractive salary and benefits. Full-time, fixed term (12 months) contract, with the potential to renew.

IBN is a charitable business operated for the advancement and prosperity of the IBN Community, the Yinhawangka, Banyjima and Nyiyaparli people.  We provide programs and services for the personal, social and economic wellbeing of our members and deliver support and programs in health, education, housing, culture, enterprise development and employment.  IBN’s head office is in South Hedland and we have offices in Tom Price and Karratha.

Responsibilities: The Administration Officer is responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure efficient operations within the Community and Member Programs team. This includes reception duties and administration support to senior management, staff, and the overall delivery of Community and Member Services functions.

Essential Candidate Requirements: Experience in a similar role within a Reception and Administration field. Experience working with Aboriginal people or an understanding of Aboriginal Australian culture. Demonstrated client service focus and experience in a client service environment. Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate with management and staff at all levels. Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated understanding of the maintenance of confidentiality and integrity in the workplace

Demonstrated experience across the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Western Australian C Class Driver‘s licence. Certificate III in Business or Administration (desirable).
