Personal Assistant/Accounts Clerk, Rockhampton & Capricorn Coast, A Man's Toyshop seeks a highly motivated person to fill the role of Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and Administration Assistant to our Townsville Retail Store. You will be based in Rockhampton.

The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate: Previous administrative experience including high volume accounts payable and accounts receivable. Previous experience in a personal assistant role. Great communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. A firm grasp of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly experience in excel reporting, Microsoft outlook and Reckon Accounting. Experience in making travel arrangements. Proven organisational skills and the ability to lead by example. The ability to work in a small friendly team environment. An excellent phone manner and the ability to negotiate with suppliers

High attention to detail: Ability to manage Social Media. Assist Wholesale department with International trade. A Man's Toyshop is an expanding, locally owned company operating in Rockhampton since 1996.  The successful applicant will be responsible for a wide range of accounts and administration duties as well as for the personal assistant role. This position requires an outgoing and professional candidate to work closely with the managing director. This is a permanent salaried position. An immediate start is available.
