Your new company: This ever-growing Government body based in Melbourne South East Suburbs has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Service Officer to provide assistance within their busy customer service centre.
Your new role: Provide customer service and appropriate responses to customer enquiries across the Omni-channel, in accordance with established policies and best practice procedures. Undertake necessary actions, including financial adjustments, to resolve customer matters in a professional and timely manner. Be proactive in collecting customer data, in accordance with policy and procedure. Resolve customer complaints through strong call management capability, minimizing customer escalations. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years in a customer service and contact centre environment. Experience in a previous Government role is preferred. Exceptional communication skills. Be familiar with various computer systems and data entry. You must be punctual and dress appropriately. Highly motivated and dedication. What you'll get in return. Top hourly Government rate.
