Duties and responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in finding products. Ensure that the display of products meets the acceptable standards and that the prices are clearly displayed. Assist customers in making decisions to buy jewelry pieces or sets and offer alternatives. Lead customers through the buying process by boxing, wrapping and bagging their purchases. Process cash and credit card transactions. Ensure that the jewelry items are securely stored at the end of the day.
