Data Processing Operator, 6 week temp role with potential for extension (Australian Citizens only), Melbourne, CBD & Inner Suburbs CBD location. Commencing 30th September -Full time hours Monday – Friday.

The Role: Conduct data processing and records matching to support the Government register. High level customer focus and ability to positively relate and interact with people to foster productive outcomes. Manage sensitive information and knowledge in line with the policy and privacy of health related information. Action data requests and ensure productivity and KPI targets are met whilst ensuring high quality service. Identify common errors/trends and report to the Data Processing Supervisor. Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters diplomatically and discreetly.

Experience Required: Competent data entry or processing skills and high level of attention to detail. Experience in a Contact Centre service environment will be advantageous. Ability to analyse information, diagnose and apply appropriate course of action. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Organised and self motived in the processing of data exceptions and data processing. Knowledge of the Health Care Industry and the operation of Health Registers is desirable but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and operate in an agile environment.
