Trainee Truck Drivers, Tomingley Gold Operations Pty Ltd Dubbo & Central NSW, Underground Mine, 7 on / 7 off Roster Tomingley Gold Mine, owned and operated by Alkane Resources Ltd, is located adjacent to the village of Tomingley approximately 50 kms south of Dubbo in Central NSW.

The development of underground operations commenced in January 2019 and ore production is scheduled to commence in late 2019. The underground operations will consist of multiple ore bodies and will utilise long hole open stoping using a combination of modified AVOCA and CRF backfill to produce a target of 500,000 tpa once steady state mining occurs.

The Company has an aggressive exploration programme in the Tomingley/Peak Hill area and very positive drilling results at both Tomingley and the near mine area are providing optimism for a longer term mine life.

The operation is now seeking to recruit four individuals as Trainee Truck Drivers – which offer excellent opportunities for individuals seeking to work in the mining industry and join the industry in an Entry Level position.

Whilst previous underground experience is not required it is essential that the successful candidates be able to demonstrate: an interest in being trained in underground haulage operations and installation of underground services a preparedness to work weekends and shiftwork in a continuous shift roster a flexible and enthusiastic attitude to work an ability to work effectively in a team practical skills and abilities
