Location: Brackenfell, Northern Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. An established furniture removal company in Cape Town (northern suburbs) is looking for an experienced & reliable Afrikaans- and/OR English-speaking Code 11 truck driver. Only Code 11 (EC1) or Code 14 (EC) licenses will be considered!

RESPONSIBILITIES: To tranpsort clients' household and office furniture within the local Cape Town & surrounds vicinity. Supervision of packing and loading team. Assist in loading & off-loading the clients' furniture. Communication between the office and the client on the day of their relocation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A valid South African Code 11 (EC1) or Code 14 (EC) driver's license. A valid South African PrDP (At least a GP classification). 5 years experience in driving Code 11 closed van-body trucks with a large open trailer. 5 years experience in driving manual transmission trucks. Extensive experience in driving Code 11 trucks and trailers within suburbs and peak traffic. Ability to reverse Code 11 trucks and trailers. Must have a stable and reliable work-record. NO JOB HOPPERS! Must reside in Cape Town (northern suburbs) /or willing to relocate. Must be able to speak and write fluent English (Afrikaans proficiency beneficial).

SALARY: R8 000 to R12 000, depending on skill & experience.
