Location: Pinetown, West Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. Production Manager for HVAC sheet metal jobbing fabrication shop. This key position is available from 6 January 2020.

Qualification: Qualified artisan (boiler making or sheet metal). Minimum 3 year Production management diploma. 10 years experience as a production manager.

Essential: Highly technical and at least ten years relevant experience in a supervisor / management role. Candidate should have hands on experience in fabrication and the management of a fabrication/assembly facility; thorough understanding of relevant fabrication and assembly processes, machinery tools and materials used is essential. Self-motivated individual with strong management and analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication. Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality. Ability to build and maintain a high performance team. Computer literate, intermediate level in Microsoft, Power Point, Excel and Outlook. Await further instructions.
