Location: Somerset West, Helderberg, Job Type: Full-Time. Account Manager Cheymaxim is a digital advertising agency, based in Somerset West, and we are looking to add a new member to our growing team. If you are a dynamic and experienced Account Executive, we’d like to meet you!

Minimum experience required: 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position. Relevant tertiary qualification in advertising/marketing/communications. Strong admin skill set. Organised as well as great people skills. Have a solution driven attitude. Ability to cope with pressure and handle tight deadlines. Passion for client service and delivery. Research and self study for projects. Great time management and prioritising skills. Takes initiative and pro active. Team player, friendly and professional.

Your key responsibilities will be: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent work quality, integrity and professional conduct. Invest in growing knowledge of our clients’ business. Manage a portfolio of campaigns from concept to the final roll out. Schedule and arrange client meetings with all relevant parties. Ensure that you and your team are well prepared for meetings. Produce accurate and timely reports after each meeting. Liaise with colleagues in Creative team, Traffic and Development to ensure the job is underway correctly.

Act as point of contact between staff and client. Ensure all cost estimates are approved and billed timeously. Research, Driving the campaign successfully and timeously.

Technical skills: MS Office suite. Chase – advantageous.

Personal attributes: Highly organized. Diplomatic. Good time management. Understands how to interpret client’s needs. Multi-tasking skills. Detail orientated with your CTC and notice period. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
