Location: Sandton, Johannesburg, Provide diverse domestic household PA support to the private individual and family,based in a private domestic environment. Manage entire household; Keep the owner's life running smoothly including designated personal activities with discretion and efficiency; Provide Admin support i.e research, filing,  emails,screening calls, all correspondence etc; Run all errands, Laundry services, Personal shopping, Manage/book all their traveling, Events and appointments; Full oversight of household staff (cleaners, gardener,  etc) i.e. hiring, disciplining ,payroll, performance; Oversee /contractors/suppliers i.r.o house maintenance; Handle /attend to principal’s rented properties ,tenants and any other other ad-hoc project that may come; Manage the complex/ flexible scheduling demands of everyone in the family; Occasional light housekeeping and healthy meal preparation ; Attend and care for all household’s visitors ; Pick up and drop off kids at school , appointments, activities etc ; Occasional traveling with principals and any other ad-hoc duties .Must be diligent, attentive, efficient ,quick learner with high level of maturity ; Well groomed, Flexible, adaptable since duties may vary from time to time; Trustworthy, discreet, confidential and professional to protect reputation of the household /principals; Strong etiquette and understanding of protocols. Good computer and communication skills, Fluent in English, Drivers license, Own car, SA citizen, Min 3-5 yrs relevant exp in similar position, able to travel. Salary neg based on exp.
