Post Application Support Officer, Adelaide.

About the Opportunity: The purpose of the Post Application Support Officer is to assist and support the post application stages of student enrolment throughout the business. The Post Application Support Officer will be required to review the suitability of applicants for a course against published entry criteria, facilitating a path for students to enrol into their required college of choice.

The Post Application Support Officer is authorized to offer admission to a course under a limited scope of delegated authority from the relevant academic team. The Post Application Support Officer will be required to contact students to follow up registration documentation via phone, email, SMS and face to face.

Reporting to Student Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for: Ensure exceptional customer service for both internal and external clients and customers at all times. Actively monitor and maintain accurate individual and group lead reports. Ensure selection criteria and lead management guidelines are adhered to at all times. Comply and maintain accurate prospective student records adhering to Hermes (Salesforce) Operation. Assist with gathering and documenting all support documents required to create a compliant record. This is a Permanent Full Time position based at one of our Campuses in Sydney Brisbane and Adelaide.

About You To be successful in the Post Application Support Officer position you will possess: Tertiary qualification (desirable). Experience in a sales or customer service role with high a volume outbound and/or inbound call. Intermediate competency in the use of MS Word and MS Excel. Typing Speed minimum of 60-70 wpm (desirable). Competent in the use of content management system (Salesforce) is desirable. Experience in sales or telephone based customer service (Highly regarded).
