Head Chef, Location: Plettenberg Bay, Eden Head Chef, Restaurant - Plettenberg Bay. The Chef must have at least 3 years experience as a Head Chef. Must have a matric and a culinary qualification. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef. Must be able to plan menus and help with stock control. Must adhere to high hygiene standards. Some FOH experience would also be good. Must be able to manage chefs and staff rosters. Must adhere to strict quality control. Must be able to work shifts and work longer hours in busy season.

A drivers license and own car essential. They need to have accommodation in Plett or Knysna Salary negotiable. Please send your Cv, Drivers license, highest qualification and 3 written references on company letterheads
