Your new company Leading automotive organisation requires a Level 2 IT Support Officer in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs, commencing immediately for a 3 month contract. The company promotes a collaborative working environment.

Your new role Join a team of 20+ IT professionals offering technical & application support for both the in-house team as well various business users via skype, phone & email.

This role requires a team member who has the ability to analyse existing systems & create proactive solutions aiming for improvement, development, maintenance and implementation of applications.

You would be responsible for resolution of escalated service tickets as well as working with clients to analyse & solve technical issues. You would be required to evaluate systems & implement changes along with being able to maintain all current systems & applications.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful for this role you will be required to have; Working experience of .NET C# and SQL Server troubleshooting. Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL server with hands-on experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures. Professional customer service skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability and willingness to work after hours when required.
