Store Supervisor, Location: Parklands, West Coast, Job Type: Full-Time, STORE SUPERVISOR. A Plastic and Homeware store has an opportunity for a Store Supervisor to be based in Parklands, Table View.

Key Responsibility Areas (will include but not limited to) Assist the Manager in all aspects related to staffing. Assist the Manager in merchandise level and housekeeping standard. Assist with Store promotions, sales and turnover. Assist Manager with security and risk within the store. Build relationship with customer. Assist on sourcing new suppliers and buying advise. Help Manager motivate and manage team to achieve the above.

Requirements: Matric. Minimum two years retail store management experience. A keen interest in retail and sales/selling. Excellent planning and organizing skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Friendly and outgoing nature. Willing to undergo polygraph testing (strict company policy). Market related salary offered. Retail Hours apply (weekends and public holidays).
