Location: Other, Overberg, Job Type: Full-Time. Our client is a well established industry player, currently seeking a competent and knowledgeable HR Manager, someone who will cover the full spectrum of HR: Monitoring and reporting on BEE compliance in accordance with newly introduced legislation. Maintaining and updating job descriptions, and compiling new ones as necessary. Handling IR, disciplinary and associated issues.  General HR administration, maintenance of personal files etc. Organizing training and development. Supervise payroll section (clerk). The position is open to EE candidates with requisite experience and who ideally live in the Overberg area or within daily commuting distance.
