Salary: 18,000 To 25,000 Monthly (AED)

CORE JOB DESCRIPTION
Take lead in technical matters as well as project management.
Provide design solutions and leading the project(s) from inception to various stages until handover.
Specification writing up to date knowledge of materials and their applications.
Lead / supervise production of detailed drawings.Knowledge of updated authority regulations and relevant standards and codes.
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
Using CAD / BIM in design.
Collaborate with other team members to determine design needs and requirements for the project.
Supervision of design team, necessary review, corrections and guidelines.Liaison with local authorities and attend to necessary technical meetings with authorities.
Evaluation of project scope of works and assist in the preparation of proposals.
Arrange meetings to review proposals and plans, making modifications or revisions as required.
Prepare and maintain project documents like correspondence, minutes of meeting, notes etc.Allocation, distribution and follow up of task within the team, checking of works produced.
Coordination with other disciplines and external team members (suppliers / sub-consultants).
Works closely with relevant external parties and clients to ensure timely delivery according to plan.Preparing and presenting design proposals to the client.
Traveling to the various sites to complete physical inspections and site surveys (If required).
Assist in preparing tender applications, presentations and negotiations with contractors (If required).
Assist HR Manager in technical interviews during recruitment of staff in Architectural department.
Keep on learning new skills, updated information and take necessary trainings as per modern practices in the relevant field and share with team and other disciplines organization wide.
MUST HAVE:
Atleast 15yrs - 25yrs years of experience, completed minimum 10 projects of considerable repute at least 5 in UAE.
Should have hands on skills in AutoCAD.Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on skills in Revit Architecture as well.
should be well versed with MS Office and Outlook. preferably working knowledge inMS Project and Primavera.
Education: Graduate (B. Architecture / M. Architecture)
UAE Driving License and own car
