Job Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Flex your writing skills by drafting written responses to customer inquiries. Our clients have questions! Be a resource to clients by extending superior service while providing them with information on their insurance coverage and assisting with additional inquiries.
Required Experience: Minimum of 3 year of customer service email / correspondence experience. Experience with email response work and correspondence to customers. Ability to prioritize work flow. Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
