Location: Randburg, Johannesburg, Job Type: Full-Time. An established Recruitment Agency is looking for a Recruiter to join their team. The person must be well connected on social media, and have an online presence, in order to get the right candidates for our clients. We are preferred suppliers to national client base, and you will be able to expand that client base without building relationships with the clients. Our marketing team does marketing, our recruiters do recruiting.

As a Recruiter you will have the opportunity to work from a remote location. You will need a stable internet connection and your own laptop.

You will be required to visit client and prospect websites online to get the look and feel of the company. You will be required to match candidates to job specs and Profile candidates that will fit. You will need to write adventurous employment advertisements and manage them on platforms, including our own. You will be required to conduct online interviews using Skype, Whatsapp and other digital platforms. You will not be required to call clients.

You will not be required to do client visits. You do not need your own transport. We offer a small basic plus commission, which will be explained in the interview process. Please send a full CV.
