We are looking for a passionate, talented and insightful digital Digital Account Manager with a can-do attitude; who is solutions-driven and able to manage a range of accounts and get the job done.
As our digital account manager, we expect that: You will champion the relationship between Marketing Solutions and our partners/clients. You will champion the communication between our clients and Marketing Solutions (updated status reports, update campaign/project reports etc). You will continually look for opportunities which will add value to our clients. You will work with the Traffic Manager to project manage your clients work to ensure timeous delivery. You will ensure financial excellence on your clients (projects/retainers are profitable, and projects are within budget).
You will collaborate with the creative and development resources to ensure your briefs are correctly understood and executed. You will work closely with your senior account manager/BUD to ensure they are continually aware of your client status and where necessary raise concerns. You will provide creative digital solutions to your clients. You will continually be inspired by the creative and digital space and share your findings with the Ole! Family. You will grow to be a strategic partner to the client. Where possible you will present and drive creative award-winning ideas with your client.
As a digital account manager, your core competencies and responsibilities will include: Championing the client relationship. Financial responsibility. Sound knowledge of Martech and it’s positioning within the digital ecosystem. Overall accountability for client projects (delivery, creativity, finance).
As a digital account manager, you will have: Simultaneously worked on multiple projects. Have worked with a digital development team before. Have worked on a project management tool such as CHASE, Workbook, Wrike, MS projects or the a like. A relevant marketing related three-year degree or equivalent. No less than three-years' experience working in a digital agency
