Requirements: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both German/English languages. Clear Criminal record. Persuasive negotiation skills. Ability to multi task admin-ie. using various different screens & systems. International Call centre experience advantageous. Previous Customer Service experience is advantageous. Matric or equivalent. Flexible to work shifts.
