Location: Mount Edgecombe, North Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. Debt Guidance has an exciting opportunity within the legal department of our company. This position requires an eager, detailed individual, keen to manage a growing team.

Job Requirements: You will supervise the work flow of the Debt Review applications from finalization of the negotiations until the court order has been granted. Ensure consistent updates are provided on the court rolls and court appearances by external attorneys. Liaise with external attorneys to resolve queries and ensure that court packs comply with Magistrate’s and Tribunal requirements. Train and develop team members.

Required Qualifications And Experience: At least 1 years’ experience in a legal and Debt Review environment. Good working knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel. Necessary Skills And Attributes. The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English. Excellent attention to detail.
