Admin Assistant, Location: Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, Job Type: Full-Time. A family owned company based in Newton Park is looking to hire an enthusiastic general office assistant (junior position).
Duties will include: Basic office administration. Printing, filing, sorting , invoicing and basic debtors and creditors function. Supporting the Directors and management staff where required. Material purchases from suppliers. Ability to work in excel. Ad hoc duties as required. Renewing of vehicle licences. Run errands on behalf of directors and managers.
Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Great telephone manners. Willing to learn. Willing to work extended hours when required. Positive attitude. Willing to grow with the company. Drivers licence with reliable transport is a requirement 3 years experience in a similar role
