Reservationist/Receptionist, Location: City Centre, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. We are a small Company managing serviced apartments looking for a Reservationist/Receptionist in our busy front office. This position will be responsible for welcoming guests, late arrivals/checkouts, taking payments from guests, answering telephone queries, Keeping up to date on all promotions services and pricing, entering all data on our hotel management software, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance. Deal with all guest queries regarding making reservations.

We are looking for a person with ideally 2 years reception / reservations experience ideally with a related Tourism Qualification. Good command of English, drivers licence and own transport advantageous. You MUST be proficient in all basic computer programmes like Word, Outlook, Excel and ideally with Hotelier experience.
