Administrative Officer / Clerk, Location: Gardens, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time.
Functions & Duties: Manage Switchboard & Reception. Petty cash & prepare bank deposits. Issue of receipts for cash received. Capturing of payments received. Follow-up on all outstanding accounts. Load EFT-Payments in absence of Bookkeeper. Typing of Minutes & reports. Liaise with Donors & assist in Fundraising. Manage the electronic clock-in system.
