Credit Controller, Location: Centurion, Pretoria / Tshwane, Job Type: Full-Time. Credit Controller in Samrand, Pretoria. 18 – 30k TCTC. A dynamic fast growing ISP company based in Samrand requires the services of a mature experienced credit controller.

Minimum requirements for the role: A Matric. Tertiary qualification in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable or related is preferred but not essential. Must have at least 5 to 7 years’ experience in the full credit control function. Experience in operating a debtor’s package in an accounting system. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. The successful candidate must be an analytical thinker and self-starter with an ability to work independently. Must have effective writing and verbal business communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: The full debtors function. Prepare and input debtors into Netcash. Create invoices. Collection of monies. Establish payment plans where appropriate. Capture Bank statements. Maintain an accurate open item aging of the accounts receivable book. Submit invoices and monthly statements to customers. Handling all Debtors queries, reconciliations and credit note requests. Reconcile the debtor’s ledger to the general ledger. Forecast cash collections Suspending or Blacklisting of clients where required.

Liaising with legal consultants when required to do so Attend weekly meetings to provide feedback regarding overdue accounts as well as recovery plans. Compile and submit reports timeously. Any other debtor related administration work.
