Location: Northern Pretoria, Pretoria / Tshwane Receptionist: R7-9k dependent on experience. Afrikaans speaking is advantageous but not a prerequisite. Experience on Nights bridge or any other booking system is advantageous but not prerequisite.

Daily duties will include: Reservations, administration, management of booking system (Nights bridge). Regular communication with line managers and department supervisors. Managing Booking.com account and reservations. Strong telephonic and administrative skills. Daily reports. Handling customer complaints and queries. Managing meal logs for restaurant.  Managing creditor and debtor accounts. A clear understanding of the lodge operations. Ordering and Receiving. The Receptionist post requires someone who is hands-on and willing to work long hours daily. Strong character yet friendly nature. The successful applicant will be the face of the company.

Sales Post: R5k + 10% on total revenue generated. Previous outbound face to face sales with government. Must have knowledge of tenders. Advantageous previous experience working in or with travel management agencies. Must have an idea of how Conferences are quoted and executed. Must be target driven. Must have an existing base of customers/ clients in the corporate or government space. Must have good organisational skills and be able to compile database of contacts efficiently. Exceptional Cold calling skills. Good Negotiating skills.

This job is largely based either doing cold calls, building leads with travel managers in government and corporate. The successful applicant can earn up to R40k within the month with their basic and commission.

Junior Chef Neg. R5k. Designing and preparing meals of the day. Does not need to be qualified but must have passion for cooking. Responsible for grocery shopping and stock counts and control. Reports to Head Chef. Must be customer focused and have high service standards. Must be able to multi-task between preparing food and ensuring setup team is constantly ready.  Must be friendly and engage customers.
