Spitbraai Chefs, Location: Parow, Northern Suburbs, Job Type: Casual. Events Company is looking for Spitbraai Chefs for their events for December. You will need to have a bakkie or a car and trailer. You will transport all the equipment, crockery, cutlery and utensils, including prepared foods and breads, to the site and set up for the event. You will then prepare the spitbraai and serve the food on time, according to the schedule. You will pack up the equipment, ensuring that everything is accounted for and return to Central Kitchen. The whole event should take 4 to 5 hours. There is an event every Friday and Saturday, and other days will be scheduled if required.

You need to have done at least one spitbraai before, and you must know how to carve. You will be paid for petrol if you exceed 50km travel from pick up point to return. You must have a smartphone and Whatsapp. You will be paid R100 per hour, up to R700. Travel is not paid as time worked. Events start this weekend.
