Details: Franchise dealership in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town has a position open for a service advisor with a few years' experience. Basic salary is from R14K - R15K+ incentives. The basic on offer depends on the qualifications and training received as well as brand knowledge and experience.

Requirements: Previous solid working experience at one Franchise Dealership for 2 years or more in the position of service advisor. Technical knowledge is preferred Client would prefer specific brand knowledge background Working experience on Automate / Kerridge. Some Saturday morning work is required. Valid driver’s license Matric / N3 / NQF Level 4 qualification minimum. Excellent communication skills in English - both written and spoken. Excellent understanding of customer service and CSI scoring. Criminal clear record required. No judgments on ITC.
