Location: Other, Cape Town, Sales Representatives Distribution Company of Leading international hair care & beauty products are looking for experienced sales representatives to develop & build the distribution network to new & existing hair & Beauty Salons (3 x Positions Durban, Gauteng & Cape Town).To build & manage effective relationships with Hair & Beauty Salons, promote, educate and achieve sales growth on the various premium  brand products for this professional market

To Grow new customer base by networking, cold-calling and effective sales and service. Tactics. To achieve sales targets at desired levels. To service and build potential customers with ability to develop strong & loyal customer relationships. T provide product knowledge training for new salons, and continuous product knowledge. To gather and submit information about competitor activity and market developments. Conducts ongoing and accurate territory analysis to identify business potential and ensures that this forms the basis of service and call programmes. Sales Activity reports to be recorded for pro-active calling, servicing customers & marketing.

Requirements: Grade 12 Qualification or equivalent. Sales experience in the hair salon or related industry will be an advantage. Confident, friendly and polite team player with ability as a self-starter. Able to communicate in English, other languages will be an advantage. Be goal orientated & results driven. Have a valid driver’s license & own vehicle. Remuneration: Commission Based or Basic & Commission
