Job Spec for Production Manager Context: You will form part of an established, well organized family farm. You will be one of 3 production managers. The farm is in the Langkloof, Eastern Cape. The owners are actively involved on the farm and you will report to them directly. Age: 25 55.

Requirements: Experience as a production manager and a good knowledge of apples and pears are necessary. Will work with labour so human relations are important. Must be responsible and trustworthy. You will be responsible for your own section of about 100ha. Must be able to execute instructions accurately. Matric is minimum requirement. Further education will be advantageous. Monthly Remuneration: Cost to Company R20 000 R35 000, depending on experience.
