Optical Assistant and Frontline for Optometry Practice in Tokai, Location: Tokai, Southern Suburbs.

Optical assistant/frontline role in an Optometry practice located in Tokai. Must have attention to detail and can-do approach providing customers with excellent service. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to), engaging with the customer from entrance into the practice, pre-testing, dispensing, collection and after sales. General practice administration duties, dealing directly with medical aids, must be computer literate, have excellent communication skills, must be a team-player who is energetic, friendly and has an enthusiasm for working in retail. Salary package based on experience. Starting date is flexible or as soon as possible.
