Customer Service Agent – Century City, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. A renowned international Travel, Tourism and Leisure Company seeks a “Customer Service Agent” to join their team on a full time permanent basis for their offices in Century City, Cape Town. Key Performance Areas: Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the Important Passenger Information is always completed and up to date. Be the first point of contact for both local and international clients. Answering client enquiries via phone and email. General office duties, set out by management. Perform functions such as creating bookings, amending bookings, facilitating complaints, and solving problems. Provide information to the customer and place appropriate notes in system (Tour CMS) indicating exactly what action was taken or needs to be taken. Gain extensive product knowledge on a continual basi.
Work in a timely and efficient manner while still providing superior customer service. General administration duties such as: Ensuring that the booking system is always up to date. Creating and updating spread sheets. Filing and data capturing. Be liaison between client and our Accounts department. Following up on payments, dealing with refunds, money queries. Be liaison between the client and the operations team. Working with external third vendors. Collecting the necessary information such as passport copies, flight details.

Requirements (including but not limited to): Matric. Relevant Diploma/Degree in finance or similar. Min 2 years Customer Service experience (Beneficial). Bilingual (English and Afrikaans). Computer Literate. Applying for this position: Only open to South African citizens.
