Code 14 Truck Driver (Manual One-Axle Dolly Drawbar) – PTA, Location: Eastern Pretoria, Pretoria / Tshwane, Job Type: Full-Time.

An established furniture removal company is looking for experienced & reliable Afrikaans- /OR English-speaking Code 14 (EC) Truck Drivers, to be based at our PTA-East branch. Must be experienced in long-distance national driving and reversing of the one-axle Dolly Drawbar Trailer.

Responsibilities: Local & long-distance Code 14 (EC) truck driving, to transport clients' household and office furniture country-wide in SA. Assist in loading & off-loading the furniture. Communication between the office and the client on the day of their relocation. Supervision of packing team.

Minimum Requirements: A valid South African Code 14 (EC) driver's license. A valid South African PrDP (At least a GP classification). 5 years' experience driving Manual Code 14 (EC) rigid trucks with closed van-body; double high-box trailers. 3 - 5 years' experience driving and reversing the One-Axle Dolly Drawbar Trailer. Local & long-distance (country-wide in SA) national driving experience. Must have a stable and reliable work-record. No Job Hoppers! Must ideally reside in Pretoria-East/ willing to relocate. Must be able to speak and write fluent English (Afrikaans proficiency beneficial).
