Qualifications / Requirements: Degree in HR Minimum of 5 years HR Management experience within automotive / related industry. CCMA experience essential. Must be good at shop floor and production level. Resilient, professional and able to handle pressure. Strong communicator and negotiator. Highly focused and self driven. Candidate must be highly career driven Good work ethics.

Key Performance Areas: Will handle and manage full HR Generalist portfolio, including IR, Payroll and Training. Will develop and grow team. CCMA and arbitration. Reports and presentations. Will handle legalities relating to HR.
