A Multinational travel and tourism company needs a ticketing reservation agent Responsible for clients flights on his/her agenda. Following up with all flight bookings needed on agenda. Daily follow up with all flight booked and flight time changed on agenda to pass the new dates or departures to agents and clients. Handling clients and customers requests via Internet including communication, quotations, reservations & operations. General knowledge about hotel reservation
