Job Key Details: Providing customer service to employees concerns. Knowledge in processing visa renewal and cancellation. Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system. Participating in recruitment efforts such as posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications, scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process. Maintaining current HR files and databases. Handle all Administrative tasks of day to day HR Functions. Short listing of candidates for various positions and scheduling interviews. Maintain various HR Operations process trackers. Complete pre-on boarding formalities – conduct reference checks, etc.

Coordinating with the PRO on visa process for New Hire. Assist with organizing engagement activities for the employees. Maintain employee Personnel files.

Job Qualifications and Experience. Proven working experience in the same field. Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner. BSc degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Development Management.
