General Handyman, Location: Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, Job Type: Full-Time. General Handyman (Residential Property Maintenance). Cohen Property Developments, is seeking to employ an experienced Handyman, who will lead a small team responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of their various residential properties within the Port Elizabeth area.

Job Requirements: Driver’s license. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the property industry. Strong Leadership and Communication skills.

Responsibility: Perform corrective and preventative maintenance activities in any aspect of the residential property (i.e. waterproofing, painting, hanging of doors etc.) Act as group leader in a small team of maintenance workers. Tend to any maintenance related complaints/ queries from occupants. Liaise with property occupants and property manager to schedule suitable times to perform work and report on work progress.
