Business Administrator, Sales and Client Relations, Location: Salt River, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. You'll need well rounded admin skills and excellent customer service traits. You should be able to manage orders, handle situations efficiently and take ownership of tasks.

The role in 3 parts: Sales Assist clients telephonically, via email and in person. Process orders (quotes & invoices). Manage the order process from start to finish. Develop & maintain client relationships with a particular focus on trade and wholesale clients. Maintain & populate spreadsheets for orders, commissions, refunds, exports, system queries.

Maintain & fulfill order status: Follow up on outstanding payments & statement requests for monthly payers & payments due Cash up & manage petty cash. Management Manage day to day operations of the studio and showroom. Manage admin and sales team Oversee all studio processes and ensure that the team complies with Hoi P'loy policies and protocols.

Project manage events, exhibitions, internal photo shoots or any other projects such. Oversee of stock take process. Monitor staff attendance and general safety within the work space.

Operations Identify areas for improvement, find solutions, manage the implementation of new procedures. General problem solving. Centre of company & product knowledge with ability to stand in main roles. Training of new employees including company culture and values. Compiling of training manuals and policy docs. Oversee consumable ordering. Review, maintain and oversee the upkeep of office equipment and furniture.

Work experience and Skills: 2–3 years of experience in Sales/Admin/Management. Customer service. Computer literate. Understanding of quotes and basic accounting. Experience on accounting systems such as Xero. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Google docs. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. MATRIC is a must, tertiary studies a bonus Personal qualities & behavioral traits. Customer Service driven. Great communication and people skills. Thrive under pressure. Meet deadlines. Take initiative and self motivated.
