Fleet Controller R 10 000 PM CTC, Location: Alberton, East Rand, Job Type: Full-Time. A Fleet Supervisor role has become available within a petroleum company's depot based at Alrode (JHB).

Minimum Reuirements: Matric / Grade 12. Road Transport Diploma or at least studying towards one. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a transport operations environment in a supervisory capacity. Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office, Pastel, Drive-cam, C-track. Must be able to work shifts, over weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities: Briefing and debriefing of drivers. Effective vehicle utilization. Routing and scheduling. Vehicle monitoring. Tacho and trip sheet analysis. Handling administrative tasks. Supervising and controlling driver activities. Maintain discipline. Compiling reports. Compile and sign-off driver wages. Skills and Knowledge. Decision making, communication and leadership skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to interact well with a diversified team. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure. Salary: R10000.00 Total Cost to Company per month. Pension Fund.
