Creditor’s Bookkeeper Airport City - Available position, Location: Other, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. Permanent position available at their Head Office in Airport Industria, Cape Town.

The successful candidate must be well-presented and organised, with a mature attitude and the ability to multi-task. Attention to detail, with appropriate bookkeeping experience.

Responsibilities: Full creditors processing, recons & load of payments. Allocation of expenditure to appropriate categories/sites. Process of attaining approvals for expenditure from line management. Audit preparation. Other requirements from management as the need arises

Requirements: At least 5 years bookkeeping experience in all areas of responsibilities. Bookkeeping qualification an advantage but not a requirement. Sage Evolution experience will be an advantage. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Experience working at auditing/accounting practice an advantage. Excellent time management skills. Very strong in reconciliations. Contactable references. Own transport. Willing to work overtime when the need arises. Clear credit/criminal/health record.
