Bookkeeper - Half Day - Klein Brak Rivier, Location: Other, Eden, Job Type: Full-Time. Bookkeeper - Half Day – Klein Brak Rivier. Please note: This position is half day to start.

Requirements: Grade 12 with Accounting. Tertiary diploma or qualification a big plus. Experience with Sage Accounting. Must be experienced with E-Filing. Must be able to work to deadlines with excellent time management skills.

Responsibility Duties: Debtors, Invoicing, Debtor recons, Creditors, Capture creditor invoices, Ensure creditor invoices comply with legal requirements, Creditor recons, Prepare payable invoice list weekly, Load orders to suppliers, Follow up on goods delivered and load invoice for payment, Banking, Allocate creditor payments, Load payments on banking system, Load new creditors, Prepare General Ledger recons, Maintain fixed asset register, Assist with Audit File, Load EMP 201 returns on E-Filing.

Working Hours: 08h00 14h00 (Monday Friday). Salary: R 8 000 – R 10 000.
