Sous Chef/ Jnr Sous Chef/ Chef De Partie for New Up market Tiki Bar In Cape Town CBD, Location: City Centre, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. We are a NEW Tiki bar in Cape Town looking for a Sous/ jnr sous/ chef de partie to join our small team/family.

You need to be reliable, driven and have a passion for the food we serve. Our menu is casual and French Polynesian inspired, tropical flavours with a soul food twist is what we enjoy. Our menu always has room for change and new ideas, if it is tasty, let's do it!

We are closed on Sundays & Mondays so you would need to work shifts from Tuesday to Saturday, we are open from 11am till 2am and kitchen hours are 11am till 10pm.

Job Requirements: Must be punctual, Must have passion, Be able to work shifts, Have great knowledge of basic hygiene standards, Be able to fit into our team (this is very important), Be kind, Must be able to leave your ego at the door.
